We offer incredible teaching and learning experiences, opportunities for research and discovery, community involvement and partnerships in the sciences.

“Our mission is to make contributions that matter to our local, national and international communities, and to turn learners into leaders who will make a difference tomorrow.”

The Science Without Borders Scholarship program

The Science without Borders scholarship program was designed to increase the initiatives of science and technology in Brazil, and to encourage international mobility at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Scholarship winners receive funding (primarily from the Brazilian federal government) to study and do research at top institutions around the world, like the University of Alberta.
