Conveniently located in the Students' Union Building, our Pharmacy team is ready to assist you with a wide-range of prescription and over-the-counter medications and sound health advice. We are a full service pharmacy dedicated to serving all students and staff at the University of Alberta.

- Fill prescriptions from any physician licensed in Canada
- Pharmacist counselling on prescriptions and over-the-counter medications
- Processing of prescriptions through most insurance plans (including the U of A undergraduate and graduate health plans)
Your Visit to the Pharmacy
Please present your ONEcard when leaving prescriptions to be filled and when picking them up.
*Please note that the University Health Centre Pharmacy is required to provide, at the request of a patient, the name and practice permit number of any regulated member who provides a pharmacy service to the patient or who engages in the practice of pharmacy with respect to a patient.

Beginning October 20th, the Pharmacy will offer free flu immunizations for U of A students, staff and faculty with an Alberta Health Card. Immunizations will be available by appointment and on a walk-in basis (depending on availability of staff). Family members of students, staff & faculty age 9 and up are also eligible to receive their immunization at the Pharmacy (drop-in only).
All walk-in immunizations will be based on staff availability. We recommend calling ahead of time to ensure that we can provide you with an immunization when you arrive.

Campus Flu Clinic
If you can't get your immunization at the Pharmacy, we encourage you to attend the mass immunization clinic taking place from November 4 to 7.
