Registration is required prior to the camp start date at which time all camps must be paid for in full. Campers will not be permitted to attend until the balance has been paid in full.
Changes to registration are subject to a 25% administrative fee. For additional information about registrations, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please retain your receipt for income tax purposes.
We are offering a 10% discount to those registering in more than one camp in a single transaction (Phys Ed camps excluded). Discount will be automatically applied at checkout. No retroactive discounts will be issued.
Cancellations & Refunds
Notice of all cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail to email@example.com and are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations must be received by no later than June 30
- Cancellations prior to this date will result in refund of amount paid, less 25% administrative fee
- Cancellations received 5 or less working days prior to start of each camp is subject to a fee equivalent to 75% of the registration fee
- There is a “no show, no refund” policy in effect
Temporary parking permits have been arranged at Stadium Car Park for parents dropping off and picking up children from camp. Parents may purchase a permit online from Parking Services at a cost of $14 for the week, which allows you to park at Stadium for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon.
Parking permits are optional, but note that we are not responsible for any parking tickets.
