Unwind Your Mind is a mental health initiative coordinated by the Healthy Campus Unit in partnership with University of Alberta Libraries, Recreation Services and other U of A student services.
From December 1 to 12, the Healthy Campus Unit will bring healthy snacks, free fitness classes, mental health resource stations and wisdom corners to libraries. Participate in Unwind Your Mind - de-stress while you study.
