Master's Practicum Positions

Master's Practicum Program Brochure

CCS annually welcomes 2-3 master's-level practicum students. Eligible practicum students gain experience working in an individual therapy context. Please note that at this time, we are unable to offer group or assessment experience. Practicum students will work with clients who present with an array of concerns. Students are offered supervision from a Registered Psychologist at a rate of two hours per week with an additional one hour per week of supervision offered by a doctoral intern.

Applications for practicum positions (cover letter stating interest and a CV) are due by December 10th of each calendar year. Interviews are completed by mid-January and final decisions are made by January 31st of each year.

All practicum positions are from September to April. To submit your application, or for any questions, please email Dr. Karon Dragon, R.Psych. at kdragon@ualberta.ca.
